The aim of the project is to have an environment with terraces, delightful streets and green public areas to make people have a joyous atmosphere without feeling encompassed. A plain design approach with breathing areas that gives the feeling of belonging is adopted. The design compensates for the cultural and commercial needs, integrated with the city, without having a dominant appearance. Inner areas are designed to be flexible and balanced with open areas. The public areas serve various needs of the city.
