Finallist project in the puclic design competition organized by San Roque citiy council, this residential complex, approached the requirements from the most strict functional point of view, while kept alloance for a contemporary design for the elevations and the common areas. Modularity and repetition of the residential units help achieving an efficient rate of 4 units per level per vertical core.
