This modern and rational villa is located in southern of Spain on a sloped plot, reaching the top of a hill with espectacular views of the sorrounding woods. It is formed as an elegant composition of masses which enables the building adaptation to the complicated slope.
The pedestrian and vehicles access is located at the lowest point of the plot boundary so the house concept is to create an architectural tour while reacing the upper level, where the main spaces are located.
The use of natural stone for the lower masses and the light white surfaces covering the upper level provides an intentioned lightness sensation which generates the feeling that the upper mass has been just left floating above the stone base.The covered terraces at each level encorage the ourdoor living, while providing a variety of conections with the interior spaces.
